Peachtree Sports Shop and its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new partnerships, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions, or other works (“submissions”) in any form to us or our employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when our products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to us. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your correspondence says, the following terms shall apply to your submissions, and by your submission of ideas, you agree to these terms.

Terms of Idea Submission

You agree that subject to any existing patent rights you may own: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become licensed to Peachtree Sports Shop, without any compensation to you; (2) we may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for us to review the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.

Product Feedback

Although the policy dictates we cannot consider your idea, and we cannot offer you any compensation for this idea, this in no way reflects on its merits, and we greatly appreciate your interest. Please provide only specific feedback on our existing products or marketing strategies; do not include any ideas that our policy will not permit us to accept or consider. Ordering Information

Place Orders and Pay Online

Our online shopping service makes it easy to find and order the products you need. When you order and pay online, our system immediately starts working to ensure that you receive your products as soon as possible. Our website accepts major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. COD orders are not accepted. We do not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. You should never send credit card numbers by email, as this is not a secure practice.

Sales Tax

Tax will be applied to your order if it is delivered from the same state as your shipping address. Some areas require tax to be assessed on shipping and handling charges. We do not know the fulfillment location until after you place your order, so your checkout screen and order confirmation email may not include taxes.

Product-Specific Terms and Conditions

Certain product launches may be subject to limited availability, purchase quantity restrictions, and final sale policies. Specific terms will be communicated on the product page and/or in marketing materials at the time of release.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling are free on all orders. The only additional charge that may appear on your order is applicable sales tax, which some states require by law. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 1–5 business days after shipping.

• Standard Ground shipping is free on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
• Return shipping is also free: a prepaid return label is provided when a return is authorized. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive your return.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Fraudulent Orders

We take fraud prevention seriously to protect our customers and our business. Any attempt to place a fraudulent order or engage in unauthorized use of payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of the order.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) establish a legally binding agreement regarding your gift cards between you and Peachtree Sports Shop. By purchasing, accepting, or using a gift card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definition

• Gift Card: Refers to a card issued in U.S. Dollars by Peachtree Sports Shop that can be redeemed for eligible goods at www.mizunosell.com. Gift cards include physical gift cards, digital gift cards (or “eGift Cards”), or other stored-value cards.
• Eligible Goods: Refers to the products available for purchase on www.mizunosell.com that can be purchased using a Gift Card. Eligible goods are subject to change at our sole discretion.
• Return Policy: Refers to our Return Policy, which outlines the procedures and conditions for returning purchased items.

Redemption

Gift Cards are redeemable by residents of the contiguous United States for eligible goods only at www.mizunosell.com. Gift Cards cannot be purchased with coupons or promotional offers. Gift Cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards or similar stored-value products. If a purchase exceeds your Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.

Expiration

Gift Cards do not expire. Promotional Gift Cards may expire at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the date stated on the face of the card.

Returns

Subject to our Return Policy, all returns for purchases made with a Gift Card will be refunded by issuing a new Gift Card in the amount originally applied to the returned item. If multiple payment methods were used for the purchase, the portion paid for with a Gift Card will be refunded accordingly. You may not return or cancel your Gift Card after activation.

Risk of Loss

Gift Cards have cash value and should be treated accordingly. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed Gift Cards and will not issue a new Gift Card for the unredeemed balance of a lost or stolen card. The purchaser is responsible for providing a correct and up-to-date email address for the receipt of an eGift Card.

Limitations

Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, returned for a refund, exchanged for cash, or redeemed to purchase a new Gift Card unless required by law. There are no dormancy or inactivity fees associated with Gift Cards. Promotional Gift Cards may have different terms and conditions, which will be communicated on the card itself or in a separate document provided by us.

Limitation of Liability

We make no warranties, express or implied, concerning Gift Cards, including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such card. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you.

Dispute Resolution

Except where prohibited, you agree that any disputes arising out of, or connected with the Gift Cards or these Terms shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of, or connected with, the Gift Cards or these Terms may be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia.
